The Company is a licensed real estate firm which deals in both sale and rentals
Formed in November 1996 by principal partners - Glennis C. Krause & Lido R. Raciti Jp. (Qual).

Glennis is a born and bred Townsville girl, and has seen the area grow from a minor township, to the thriving industrial centre it is today. Her introduction to real estate was with Century 21, where she achieved superb results winning numerous awards, including a fully funded trip to America, and was North Queensland Salesperson of the year in 1994.

Lido moved to Townsville in 1979 and became involved in the real estate industry almost immediately.
He was a residential salesperson for L J Hooker for a number of years, and became sales manager for one of their branch offices before becoming involved in the partnership with Glennis.

Together they have firmly established themselves in the Townsville industry specialising in residential property sales, including Home units, Townhouses, High & Lowset Homes, Acreage, Beach property, and land.
